Enhanced Shadowfang Keep

Level 40 · Open · 4 marks for completion

In enhanced Shadowfang Keep, Wailing Guardsmen use Screams of the Past less often. Repeated silences become shorter; after three applications, the target gains temporary immunity to this ability.

This list shows equipment from boss loot tables, adjusted for the enhanced version. Random variants do not all drop together.
